Find the Amanai Cave in the Mountains
The Amanai Cave (2) is hidden in the mountains north of Hepzefa’s house (1). The quest starts via the documents on Hepzefa’s balcony table. Send Senu over the hills to spot a rooftop entry hole (4). Mark as many enemies inside the cave as you can. Notice that there’s also a northwest (5) and a southeast (3) cave entrance. We prefer dropping in from above; higher ground is always tactically better.
Kill the Bandits Occupying the Cave
Climb to the top of the hill, crouch down, and shoot enemies below through the cave hole (4). Drop below and enter the tall grass. Look around to make sure no more soldiers are around before you move to the ledge’s edge to continue investigating.
There are Level 3 and 4 soldiers patrolling the cave’s lower levels. Use arrows to take them out from afar. There’s a quiver of arrows on the second-level balcony below. Use Animus Pulse to help locate them. If enemies begin seeking you out, then use the tall grass to hide and create stealth kill opportunities.
Three Treasures of Amanai Cave
This cave is also a treasure-hunt activity. One treasure is located on the second-level ledge on the cave’s southwest side.
The last two treasures are on the cave’s lower level. Use Animus Pulse to help locate these. When you exit the cave, an old man thanks you for saving the town’s water supply. While in the area, look west to take on Side Quest: Hideaway.
