Speak to the Madman
Speak to the madman (1) wandering the streets around Dionysias Caravanserai.
Find and Speak to the Boy
Ride southeast to the broken tower (2). Send Senu up to locate the boy in the tower, which is surrounded by a pack of Level 39 hyenas. Ride in with a long weapon and start playing hyena polo. Defeat them all and then talk to the boy.
He tells you that their village was attacked by bandits and that he’s going back.
Follow Rahotep the Survivor
Follow Rahotep to his camel to the south. Follow him through the sandstorm into the region of White Desert Oasis. Select your warrior bow and be ready to attack another pack of hyenas at the lake (3).
Kill the hyenas, and Rahotep continues his journey across the lake to the south shore (4). When you reach shore and speak to Rahotep, you convince him to stay back so he won’t get hurt.
Find and Rescue the Farmers of Dionysias
Desert Waterfalls Hideout
Prerequisite: Approach the hideout
Suggested Level: 39 or more
Location Reward: 900 XP
Location Objectives: Kill one captain and one commander, loot two treasures
From the shore (4), head toward the first guard tower using the tall grass (5) for cover. Shoot the bandit out of the tower (6). Quickly put arrows in the two bandits guarding the gate (7).
Enter the hideout through the gate (7) and take a distant shot at the bandit (8) near the bridge at the shallow stream. Get into the tall shrubbery around the large round hut (9) and pick off nearby bandits with arrows.
If you mess up and a few begin coming for you, then throw sleep darts at them and finish them off with a warrior bow or a stealth assassination as they sleep. This is a great way to take out any high-level enemy, such as the captain in the area.
When the entry area is clear, run into the cave between the two waterfalls and grab the treasure. Enter the captain’s tent (11) and steal the other treasure.
Head to the hideout’s southwest corner (12) and eliminate the bandits camping out around the tower.
The commander patrols the pathway in front of the prisoners (14). Now that it’s only you and the commander in the area, take some shots at him. Even if he puts up a fight, he has no backup. Eliminate him. You could release the crocodile from the cage (15) using a fire arrow and let him distract the commander while you attack him from behind.
Escort the Farmers out of the Hideout
Release the farmers from the cell (14) and follow them out the southeast exit (16). They’ll assist you in eliminating any remaining bandits you encounter on the way.
You and the farmers meet up with Rahotep on the east road. He discovers his father is not among the crowd. One of the farmers told him that the demons took him to the crocodile pit. Rahotep rallies the group together to free his father. Resupply your arrows from the camp in preparation for the next battle.
Rescue Rahotep’s Father from Larder Station
Larder Station Hideout
Prerequisite: Approach the hideout
Suggested Level: 39
Location Reward: 600 XP
Location Objectives: Kill one captain, loot one treasure
Ride east down the road to Larder Station Hideout (17). Use your warrior bow and sleeping darts to take out the captain and then help the others defeat the remaining bandits.
Carry Rahotep’s Father to the Docks Outside the Camp
Find the treasure in the farthest hut (18). Pick up Rahotep’s father from the pier (19). Carry him out of the camp and place him on the dock (20).
