Reach the Source of the Whistle
Huntress Cave
You find an old friend named Tahira (1) at the Huntress Cave on the southwesternmost island in Herakleion. She takes off running. Before you follow her, duck into the cave and get the treasure to complete the location objective.
Follow Tahira
Follow Tahira north to the Shrine of Sobek ruins (2).
Climb the Ruins
Climb up on the nearest pillar and make your way to the marker.
Meet Tahira in the Hunter’s Village
Head east to Natho (3). The next objective activates when both you and Tahira step foot on the island.
Find and Rescue Sobek’s Child
Carcer Roman Compound
Prerequisite: Approach the compound
Suggested Level: 31
Location Reward: 600 XP
Unlocks: Side Quest: Predator to Prey
Location Objectives: Kill one captain, loot one treasure
Head north toward the marker and send Senu up over Carcer Roman Compound to locate the crocodile (5) in the cage. Mark all the soldiers in the compound. You face about seven Level 31 to 32 soldiers and the Level 33 captain.
If there’s a guard on the west side of the west house (4), assassinate him and then climb onto the rooftop. Crouch down and get into a position where you can get a clear arrow shot at the front door of the crocodile cage (5).
Shoot a few arrows until the cage door breaks open. Sobek’s child (the enormous white crocodile) will help you eliminate the soldiers. Releasing the lions from their cages might help too. Shoot the oil vase (6) near the campfire to burn up some soldiers. Jump down into the courtyard and help the crocodile finish off the soldiers.
Take the treasure from beside the tree with the hippo carcasses after destroying the enemy.
Escort Sobek’s Child
Now the huge crocodile will follow you. Mark the shrine (2) on your map to help you with directions. Exit through the barn and veer left to exit through the west doorway (7). Head to the shrine by swimming through the Nile or using a boat. You may run into some hyenas when you reach the first island. Slaughter them and continue to the shrine.
You’ll also encounter a few Roman hunters on the island. Help Sobek’s child eliminate them.
Tahira thanks you when you finally get Sobek’s child back home, and the large white crocodile joins its partner at their home in the shrine.
