Speak to Ramessu
Speak to Ramessu (1) on the platform in front of the Temple of Horus.
Speak to Nehi
Nehi (2) abandoned his ox cart.
Find and Bring Nehi’s Cart Back to Him
Send Senu up for recon to pinpoint the location of the missing cart (3). Near the ox cart is a white lioness. Get to high ground and volley arrows at her until she’s dead. You also encounter a few Level 18 bandits. Run them through with a long weapon while on a horse. When the threat is over, take the reins of the ox cart and drive it to Nehi’s house (4). Park the cart in the marker.
Speak to Nehi
Speak to Nehi, who is patching the roof of his home. He shows you some strange writing on the walls inside. Bayek observes that some of the message is missing.
Speak to Ramessu
Return to Ramessu (1). Use Senu to locate the three people around town: (5), (6), and (7).
Find and Speak to the town people about the hieroglyphs
Talk to the closest homeowner (5). Inspect the writing inside his home (A). Bayek believes it’s part of the same message.
Speak to the Nebefer (6) and then enter her home (B). Inspect the hieroglyphs on her wall.
Speak to the farthest homeowner (7), who is digging out a home across from his own (C). Scale his wall to reach an open balcony door. Inspect the writing on the interior wall near the treasure chest. You decipher a prophetic message and receive the Hieroglyph Papyrus quest item.
Explore the Region of Letopolis to Discover the Temple of a Million Years
The clues point to the ruins (8) south of the Temple of Horus. Ride there now and send Senu up to mark afew bandits guarding the entrance to the buried temple.
Defeat the bandits and the lionesses to get close to the temple entrance. You must slip through a narrow gap in the recessed brick wall to gain entry.
Investigate the Buried Temple
Light a torch and head down the stairs to a pile of large vases obstructing the pathway. There are cobras inside the large vases. Shatter the vases with arrows and then shoot the snakes.
Loot the treasure on the floor to your left. Use Animus Pulse to locate the four clues. Investigate the skeletons leaning on a column to your right. Investigate the vase of poison on the dais and the statue of Sekhmet. Lastly, inspect the prayer papyrus to Sekhmet on the table. With these clues, Bayek solves the mystery.
Speak to Nehi
Exit the temple and head back to town and speak to Nehi (4), who is now inside his home.
