Drop in on the Roman camp from the eastern cliffs; one treasure is located in the northern orange tent. The captain is on this side of the road, though he also patrols the camp. The commander spends much of his time on the eastern bridge, while he snoozes part of the night in the elongated tent, just beyond this bridge. The second treasure sits inside this same tent. Try not to draw too much attention, as ballistae surround much of the base.
