Find and Assassinate Gaia
You find a dead body in the house where the children from Side Quest: Children in the Streets stay. Kawit rushes in and says that the dead man was the one they called “Father.” She says Gaia is responsible for his death. She sails down the Nile today.
Send Senu north along the coast toward the marker in the Nile. You’ll spot Gaia’s ship near the Viewpoint (2). If it’s active, travel to that portal to save time reaching the ship (3).
You may catch the ship as it travels south and makes a quick stop near the corrupted cache (loot treasure location) (4). Dive into the water near the ship, come up under it, and latch on to the side. Pull up to the top edge and hang from the deck to remain stealthy. Begin whistling to lure the bandits so you can grab them and throw them overboard.
If you are spotted or are fighting on deck and things get too rough, then jump into the water and swim under the boat to return to stealth. Approach Gaia (from stealth or not) and assassinate her. Confirm the kill to complete the quest.
