Hint: Alexandria is large and noisy, but one part is quiet, lonely, and surrounded by water. The fallen palm tree points to where I lay, where land meets water.

Papyrus Location
Find the Iseion temple on the island in northwestern Alexandria, between Pharos Garrison and Pharos Military Storage. Enter through the front doorway and collect the scroll off the table behind the statue.
Treasure Location
Just north of the city, a small island sits in the bay and consists of nothing but trees and rocks. Find the fallen tree in the middle of the island and allow the top of the tree to point you to the treasure that rests near the water.
