	Electro Bolt	Fires a bolt of electricity that stuns enemies and short-circuits machinery.

Weaponry
	Wrench	Does a small amount of bludgeoning damage.
	Pistol	Fires .38 caliber rounds and does moderate piercing damage.

Enemies

Thuggish Splicer

Low-level Splicer armed with a pipe that utilizes melee attacks. Can be easily defeated with Electro Bolt and Wrench combo attack.

Leadhead Splicer

More durable Splicer that attacks with a Pistol or other firearm. Can withstand several melee attacks.
