Exit the Optimized Eugenics wing and head south across the balcony and turn right to enter the library. Hack the Security Camera and RPG Turret near the entrance so you can explore peacefully. There is a Damage Research 2 tonic on the desk in the back of the library, as well as a pair of Big Daddy Boots. The Big Daddy Boots shouldn’t be located in the lib rary, obviously, but they are part of the uniform you need so be sure to take them.
