In order to access the data flow and a more detailed world map of all six Chicago districts, you must successfully complete the following:

Locate the ctOS control center for the district (with the exception of Parker Square, which is already unlocked).

Infiltrate the location, and find a guard with an access card, then hack it.

Gain access to the ctOS server on the premises.

Unlock the district access, and then escape.

These missions are available as you progress through your Campaign missions. Once you unlock these locations, you can inspect them in greater detail and access secondary ctOS towers, which reveal more landscape icons. But the main benefit of having ctOS access to a district is the ability to hack into all the infrastructure (such as traffic lights, bridges, blockers, citizens’ cell phones, etc.).

TOTAL / 5 Missions: With the exception of the control center in the Loop, which is a mandatory part of Act I, all other control centers can be completed at any time after they become available. However, in order to progress through the Main Missions, specific ctOS Control Centers must be unlocked before certain Missions, in order to proceed. The Control Center missions are listed below:

Every district (except Parker Square) has its own control center that must be infiltrated and hacked, but this occurs throughout the acts.
