Purloining from Purlo: The Final STAR Game
Your next stop should be inside Castle Town, at Purlo’s “STAR” minigame! Now that you have the Double Clawshot, he’s introduced a final, ultra-difficult level that will tax you. Or will it? Below are the tactics for the quickest route through this game, plus tips on obtaining a near-infinite number of orange Rupees (100)!
Level 2: HardDetermined never to hand out a prize again, Purlo jacks up the difficulty level for his second STAR challenge. He jacks up the price a bit as well. It costs 15 Rupees this time around. Now that you’re armed with the Double Clawshot and know the best route to take, completing this second level is a breeze!  From the buzzer, aim the Double Clawshot at the lowest white star ahead and zip across to nab it. Don’t drop from the cage or you’ll land in the spikes below!  Turn and aim the Double Clawshot at the row of white stars to the right. Fire to zip across, nabbing some stars. Next, aim at the row of pink stars just to your right and then fire to sail across, collecting them all at once.  You’re doing great! Now target the line of yellow stars, which again are just to your right. Fly out to grab them all in one pass. When you reach the other side, turn to aim at the long line of blue stars farther to your right. Collect the entire row by zipping straight across the arena.  Next, look for a row of white stars above and to the right. Catch ‘em all in one swift pass! Aim just to your right again, lining up the row of pink stars ahead. Sail across the arena and grab the whole row.  Upon reaching the other side, look for a line of yellow stars below you to the right. Unleash the Double Clawshot to zip through and grab each one. You’re getting there! Now find a string of blue stars just below you. Line up so you catch them all in one go.  Working your way back up now, find a row of white stars above and to the right. Fire away and nab the whole string. Only two moves remain! Look high above and notice a string of pink stars leading toward the ceiling. Aim at the circle in the center of the roof and release to grab all of the pink stars on your way up.  Excellent work! The final column of stars now lies directly beneath you. Simply drop from the ceiling to grab them all and complete the second level of the “STAR” minigame in record time.
Flabbergasted, Purlo simply can’t believe you’ve managed to win his STAR challenge again. But he has no choice but to present you with a valuable prize: the Giant Quiver! Combine it with bombs for a considerable arsenal!
