Which nation should you choose? Nations’ tanks are specialized in unique ways, such as in accuracy, speed, and armor compared to the other nations’ tanks.
U.S.A.
The American tanks are some of the most versatile in the game. Instead of having to focus on one or two attributes, the U.S. tanks are well-rounded across the board to fit the need of any situation you find yourself in.
Germany
German tanks specialize in close or long-range combat because of their high rate of fire and accuracy. These tanks also have high frontal armor, although the lower half of the tank is weaker. When in an engagement, try to hide the bottom portion of your tank from incoming attackers. German tank destroyers are to be feared.
U.S.S.R.
U.S.S.R. tanks have high, thick frontal armor—great for head-on engagement— and are also a good choice for light tanks, as they outrival others in speed.
U.K.
Tanks from the U.K. are quite fast and maneuverable, good for scouting and flanking. This is basically the exact opposite when it comes to lower-tier British heavy tanks, as they are generally slow and have low armor for a heavy tank.
Japan
Japanese tanks are focused toward either armor or firepower. They are great for DPM (damage per minute) or flanking the enemy with speed. These tanks could otherwise be used for pushing forward and breaking through.
China
Chinese tanks pay a heavy price for their specialization. This nation is best used for its light tanks, as they have high speed and maneuverability.
France
French tanks specialize in speed in the higher tiers and have autoloaders, allowing you to have high burst damage, but require longer reloading time. Since you’ll have longer reload time with the autoloader, a light tank would be good to have to shoot a target with your burst damage and get out as fast as possible to start reloading in peace.
