The land of Egglia was broken apart long ago, and its fragments were sealed inside mysterious eggs. The story opens with a chance meeting between Robin, an elf, and a redcap who is not as violent as the others of his kind. Robin possesses one of the mysterious eggs, and she is shocked to discover that the newcomer can break it open to restore one of the lost lands. Their quest becomes the search for additional eggs and the restoration of all the lands of Egglia.
