The fastest way to level up your rank (besides paying for it) is to keep a good game going beyond the required level. No matter what difficulty setting you’re using, if you have a good game set up and your Sun Gods and Temple of the Monkey God are annihilating everything, don’t give up—keep going as long as you can after Level 65. The higher the level, the quicker XP is earned.
