Don’t just stand there and take monster attacks straight on; instead side-step and attack when a monster misses its attack attempt. Keep a torch burning so you don’t get cornered or step into a trap while you are evading the monster. Evading is especially important when fighting trolls and wardens. You should also dodge ranged attacks from enemies such as wyvems, uggardians, and goromorgs.
