- As in every Blood Money match, the early moments of a round usually involve a mad dash for the money pile. Since this is a small map, with no vehicles, both teams are likely to arrive at the money pile at approximately the same time, leading to intense firefights around the Condo. But before rushing to your death, consider establishing control of the Condo’s exterior first, controlling who enters and exits.
- The money pile is located on the first floor of the Condo. This structure is rather porous, with multiple entry points (including windows) on the first and second floors. But these are the only entry points; you can’t use explosives to make a door of your own. However, the room in which the money pile is located is destructible. Shoot-up the interior walls to create new paths and lines of sight. Given the close-quarter nature of fights around the money pile, come prepared with a SMG, shotgun, or pistol. Grenades (of all types) are also very effective in this cramped, dark space.
- The SWAT team stores their cash in the armored truck parked behind the liquor store. When making a run for the vault, consider cutting through the Apartments. Or take to the Apartments’ roof, via grappling hook, then zipline directly to the back of the armored truck. There are plenty of good hiding spots behind the liquor store where the police team can defend from. So if criminals are looking to steal from the police, they should avoid a direct assault. Instead, flank from the north or south, clearing out the area behind the liquor store before making a move for the armored truck.
- The armored truck in the map’s southwest corner serves as the criminal team’s vault. When running money back to this vault, cut through the house which is under construction, to the east, for a direct approach. But whether scoring loot or stealing it from this vault, it’s much safer to hook-in from the north, cutting through the house adjacent to the armored truck. This indirect path allows you to sneak-up on opponents in the single-story house attempting to ambush you.
- With so much activity around the money pile, consider backing off and playing the midfield, gunning down runners and stealing their bags of cash. When playing as the police, consider patrolling the house under construction, located just east of the criminal team’s armored car. This is the most direct route for the criminals and an easy place to score some kills. For the criminals, the Apartments are a great place to mow down opponents running back to their armored car behind the liquor store. The Apartments’ second story windows are ideal for spotting enemy activity around the Condo and SWAT team’s armored car.
