Battle Pickups are unique weapons and gadgets found scattered about the battlefield. Battle Pickups are marked on the HUD and minimap with white icons. Interact with a Battle Pickup to retrieve it from the ground and then operate it like any other weapon or gadget. Battle Pickups are not part of your standard inventory. If you switch to a primary or secondary weapon, the Battle Pickup is dropped on the ground. You can always retrieve the Battle Pickup from the ground, so remember where you dropped it.
| Pickup | Name | Ammo | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
M240B | 200 | The M240B is a belt-fed light machine gun equipped with two 100-round belts, a HOLO (1X) optic and a flash hider. The weapon hits hard, but exhibits harsh recoil. Fire in short bursts to keep the weapon on-target. |
MG36 | 200 | The MG 36 light machine gun comes equipped with two 100-round drum magazines, a Comp M45 (RDS) optic, and a laser sight. The weapon performs much like an assault rifle, with less recoil (and damage output) than the larger M240B. |
RPG-7V2 | 2 | This rocket launcher comes with two high-explosive rockets ideal for taking out enemy vehicles. Aim high when firing at distant targets, as the rocket tends to drop. The rocket can also lock on to targets marked with a tracking dart. |
MK153 SMAW | 1 | The SMAW fires a much more powerful rocket than the RPG-7V2, but you only get one shot. Still, one shot from the SMAW can take out any vehicle. The rocket travels at high speeds, giving it a flatter and more accurate trajectory than the RPG-7V2. It can also lock on to tracking dart-marked targets. |
FIM-92 Stinger | 2 | If enemy helicopters pose a problem, seek out one of these shoulder-fired anti-air missile launchers. Aim through the weapon’s optic and wait until you get a lock before firing. One hit from a Stinger disables a helicopter—fire a second missile to destroy it. |
Grappling Hook | 4 | This grappling hook functions just like the gadget, only it doesn’t occupy a slot in your inventory and you don’t have to buy it. These are usually located in areas where you can gain a tactical advantage by climbing to a nearby vantage point. |
Zipline | 4 | Like the grappling hook, the zipline Battle Pickup functions just like the gadget, allowing you to benefit from its capability when you’re loaded-down with other equipment. Look for it in elevated locations and use it to quickly access surrounding positions. |
Defibrillator | N/A | These defibrillators are stored in white, wall-mounted boxes marked with an AED sign. Interact with these boxes to retrieve the defibrillator inside and use it to revive downed opponents. Fully charge the paddles to restore a teammate to full health. Or use a full charge to kill an opponent. |
Ammo Locker | N/A | These lockers are located in secure areas and function similar to an ammo box, but you must interact with the locker to retrieve ammo. Ammo lockers only replenish bullets used by primary and secondary weapons. They do not supply grenades and gadget ammo. |
First Aid Box | N/A | Interact with these green, wall-mounted boxes to replenish your health. Each interaction increases your health by 20%. Keep interacting with the box until you’ve fully recovered. |
