  • Since there are no vehicles on this map, both teams must make their way to the money pile on foot. Neither team has a distinct advantage when it comes to reaching the money pile sooner. However, the criminals, approaching from the east, have the easiest time gaining access to the security room, allowing them to close off the passages near the vault door. This can hinder the SWAT team’s attempts to access the money pile.
  • The money pile is located within the Bank, just outside the vault room. This is a very small room with three entry points. If you’re tasked with defending the money pile, it’s difficult to determine where your opponents will appear.

When charging into the heavily defended money pile, use a smoke grenade to blind the enemy to your approach. They’ll know you are coming but won’t be able to see you until you are close, then SHOTGUN BAM! —Clint Brewer, Gameplay Software Engineer

  • Therefore, professionals equipped with cameras and laser tripmines are essential for identifying and ambushing intruders. Gas grenades and flashbangs are equally effective in this small space. Think twice about hiding in the small wood-enclosed rooms nearby. Usually reserved for customers viewing the contents of their safety deposits boxes, the wood enclosures are easily shredded by gunfire and explosions.
  • The SWAT team’s vault is located in a small store on the west side of the map. With only one entry point, through the front door, this vault is relatively easy to defend. Defenders inside the store can seek cover behind the store’s retail counter while scanning for incoming threats. This store is also easy to watch from the Bank’s rooftop. But bring a weapon (and optic) with some decent range. Enemies moving in and out of this store are completely exposed unless they deploy a smoke grenade for concealment. If attempting to attack the law enforcement vault, approach with caution and toss grenades prior to entry.
  • The criminals stash their cash in a similar store located on the map’s north side. The large delivery truck parked outside the store provides some concealment and limits sight lines. As a result, the criminals are usually most successful when guarding their stash directly, hiding within the store and ambushing intruders. Defenders posted on the Bank’s roof have a good view of potential attackers as they enter and exit the store. Attacking the criminal team’s vault is extremely dangerous when properly defended. Always toss in gas grenades, flashbangs, or incendiary devices before entering.
  • The area around the money pile is an absolute death trap, with both teams taking heavy losses. Instead of jumping into the fray, consider working the periphery of the map, targeting opponents carrying money bags to their team’s vault. The Bank’s rooftop is the best place to watch each team’s vault, but don’t forget to scan your surroundings on a regular basis. Chances are you’ll be sharing the rooftop with opponents. If you manage to neutralize an opponent carrying a money bag, parachute or zipline down from the Bank’s roof to retrieve their money bag and score it for yourself.

Watch out for incendiary and gas grenades at the money pile. You don’t want someone stealing that loot off of your corpse that you worked so hard to collect! —Thad Sasser, Lead Multiplayer Designer

Don’t just defend your team’s stash from the inside; the Bank’s roof has many good vantage points for both stashes. —Zachary T. Irwin, Quality Analyst
