The action in this matcis centered around the MetCompound and Motel. Expect a healthy dose of close quarter firefights within these buildings as your team attempts to gain the upper hand. Due to its configuration and upper floor, the Motel is a popular hot spot and likely the site of the heaviest fighting. If you’re looking to score some kills, this is the place to be.

Defensive minded teams should consider taking up residence within the Motel’s eastern building. Stick to the second story rooms and engage opponents in the adjoining building to the west. This floor is relatively easy to lockdown thanks to its compact size. However, you must monitor for movement along the three stairways leading to the second floor. Consider placing cameras or laser tripmines near these stairways to prevent enemies from sneaking up on your team. If your team is working as one cohesive unit, consider expanding to the Motel’s L-shaped western building. The western building offers better views of the surrounding area but is more difficult to defend due to its sprawling size. Still, if your team can manage to control botbuildings at the Motel, you’ll have a mucbetter chance of coming away wita win.

Before choosing a class, decide where you’ll be playing on the map. If you’re going to be patrolling the interior of the Motel or MetCompound, consider choosing mechanic or enforcer; their SMGs and shotguns are absolutely devastating in close quarters. But given the unpredictable nature of this mode and the relatively long sight lines of the map, the operator is the safest choice thanks to the versatility of their assault rifles and carbines. The professional class can find some success as sniper duels breakout between the Motel and MetCompound, but they must be prepared to switcto their fully automatic sidearm when threats move to close range. In an effort to stay close to your squadmates, make sure you have at least one mechanic in your squad equipped wita satellite phone. This gadget is best deployed in one of the buildings on the periphery, away from the chaos erupting at the MetCompound and Motel.

If you want to avoid the pitched battles at the MetCompound and Motel, consider taking up positions in the small houses to the east or west. From these relatively quiet structures you can engage the cross traffic without drawing too mucattention. Assault rifles or battle rifles equipped witsuppressors offer enougrange and power while keeping you off the minimap. But don’t get comfortable in one house for too long. After scoring a few kills, move along to the next house. A well-organized squad hopping from house to house can score an impressive amount of kills while suffering minimal deaths.
