The Master Chief’s brazen decision to go AWOL in search of Cortana has proven fruitful. Following the guidance he received from Cortana during his vision of her on Argent Moon, Chief traveled to a backwater planet called Meridian, where he and Blue Team discovered a gigantic Forerunner being, known as a Guardian. In an effort to find Cortana and avoid capture by Fireteam Osiris, Master Chief and Blue Team entered a slipspace portal spawned by the Guardian. Now the Spartan IIs find themselves in unfamiliar surroundings, having been transported by the Guardian to an unknown Forerunner world.
You’ve no clue where you are, but it seems clear that the Guardian has brought you here for a reason. Cortana must be nearby. Search the planet for clues.
