The Master Chief’s exploits on Argent Moon came with an unexpected surprise: a shadowy vision of Cortana. Believing the vision to be a message from the AI, Chief has decided to disobey direct orders and go AWOL in search of her. Lacking alternatives, Captain Lasky is forced to order Fireteam Osiris to pursue Blue Team to Meridian: a backwater planet that was the victim of a Covenant glassing several years ago. Although reluctant about their mission, Fireteam Osiris wastes no time in traveling to Meridian in search of Blue Team.
