Competitive Skill Rank (CSR)
During Arena Hoppers you must play ten games in a playlist to earn a Competitive Skill Rank. There are a total of seven ranks you can earn in each playlist: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Onyx, and Champion. The first five ranks consist of six tiers—work your way through each tier to earn the next rank. You can move-up tiers by winning—losing results in moving down tiers. However, you can never drop beneath your current rank. For example, if you’re at the first tier of the Silver rank, you’ll never drop back down to Bronze. If you reach the Onyx or Champion ranks, your raw skill value is exposed, starting at 1,500. This number fluctuates as you win and lose. If you’re one of the top 200 players in the world on a particular playlist, you’ll earn the rank of Champion.
