Objective: Reach the Pelican
Inside the Space Elevator lobby, Fireteam Osiris is contacted by Governor Sloan. When probed, the governor admits that he knew about the Guardian—Cortana had warned him about it. Sloan hints that a new day is about to dawn, one for which he is very excited. The governor then signs off, wishing Osiris luck as the massive door leading to the Space Elevator platform opens 12.
Prometheans are present beyond the door, but before engaging them, backtrack a bit and scan each side of the Space Elevator’s lobby with Artemis to detect two items of interest. Activate the control panel on the cargo lift on one side of the lobby 13 to ride up to a high ledge, where you discover a radio encased in glass. Scan the radio for intel.

Drop from the ledge and head to the lobby’s opposite side 14. Make another scan with Artemis to detect another item of interest atop some scaffolding in the corner. Jump up the platforms to reach the scaffolding and scan another radio for more intel.
