Despite all his efforts, the Master Chief has failed in convincing Cortana to stand down. The AI is driven to mobilize the Guardians and take up the Mantle of Responsibility, and no amount of reasoning will stop her. With Blue Team still trapped inside the Gateway, the scene shifts to Fireteam Osiris, who must battle their way to the compound’s core and rescue Blue Team before it’s too late.
Blue Team is being held in the heart of the Gateway. Cortana is there as well. Do whatever it takes to rescue Blue Team and stop Cortana from unleashing the Guardians she has summoned here.
