Do any necessary side missions or upgrading to get those crafting items and gang upgrades you have your eye on. Check to make sure you’ve spent all your Skill Points for more Skills. Now follow the Assassin icon in Lambeth to find Charles Darwin (1) arguing with Richard Owen in front of the asylum.

They loudly debate evolutionary theory—a favorite of Darwin’s conversation starters. Darwin insists that Richard confess to having slammed his theory in an “anonymous” article. Richard escapes in a carriage and Darwin entices you to chase him down, feeding your flame by telling you that Richard Owen works at the asylum and he’d know something about the syrup. Off you go!

Current Objective: Hijack Mr. Owen’s Carriage

You find yourself on the sidewalk facing Richard Owen’s fleeing carriage. Run forward and hijack the first cart you reach and whip the horse to move. Avoid hitting cops or Blighters’ carriages. You don’t need the added distraction right now.

Drive up beside Richard’s carriage using boost to get you there quickly. Press the L1 Go To Roof button when prompted. After you get to the rooftop and face Richard, press forward and R1 to leap to his rooftop. Once there, face the driver and press / to hijack the carriage.

Current Objective: Damage the carriage to scare Owen

Now that the driver has been removed from the equation, you must use speed and the carriage Ram move LS + / to damage the carriage and to empty the Damage gauge at the top of the screen. Ram left and right into other carriages, explosive barrels, destructible objects, and brick walls.

Current Objective: Become anonymous

When 90% damage is done, Richard asks you to stop the carriage. Stop the vehicle after leaving a red zone on your Mini-Map. Become anonymous then stop. Owen confesses, “Dr. John Elliotson! He formulated the elixir! He is the man you want! Not me!”
