Boat Raids

Board the docked Blighter boat just before it leaves. You are only allowed three minutes to hunt down the manifest and mark the cargo for the Rooks. If you accomplish the objectives in time, you get a great amount of money and resources.

Getting the Manifest

Activate Eagle Vision to identify the leader of the Blighters, who is holding the manifest. You need to either pickpocket him, or kill him and loot his body.

Don’t worry about kicking the manifest holder into the water during a fight; if he or she falls into the water you still acquire the manifest. With the manifest collected, your task changes to marking the payload for the Rooks.

Marking the Cargo

Once you have the manifest you are fighting against the clock and any remaining enemies. Marking the crates takes about four seconds so make sure that you’ve left yourself enough time to travel and mark each of the four crates. If you are struggling with enemies, use a smoke bomb and run to a different piece of cargo. Wasting too much time on one crate could use all of your time.
