Basic Consumable Souls

Found throughout the lands of Lothric, these condensed souls can be used to gain a quantity of Souls, useful for ‘storing’ Souls. Because they are items, they are not lost on death, so you can carry these and use them when necessary. A good time to use them is when you are just short of gaining a level. Using a few soul items at a time to completely drain your Soul pool before going out exploring again is a good practice.
