The Nestling of Firelink Shrine (Snuggly the Crow)
A Nestling, rumored to be named Snuggly, lives on top of the Firelink Shrine. Get onto the bridge above the shrine, using a key that you can purchase from the Shrine Handmaid. Jump off of the bridge, onto the roof, and look for a nest close by. Stand inside the nest and look at your inventory. Select an item, “Leave” it, and then see if the Nestling will exchange that item for something more interesting.
Each playthrough only allows you to trade one of each item type on the list. In New Game Plus, you can go back and start trading again, so remember to do that! Many of these trades are quite advantageous, so keep an eye out for these opportunities.
