Crusher has a mix of tight quarters and smaller open areas with quite a bit of cover. There’s a small underground passage on one edge that can be used to travel between two buildings, with an opening into the center lane.
The top of the map has a short wallrun that lets you move quickly around the objectives up there. Just be careful using it if you suspect enemies are covering the exit.
Also use great caution while moving through the middle of the map. With so many routes in and out, it’s a dangerous high-traffic area.
CQC setups work quite well on this map. If you want to fight at medium range, you must actively keep your distance and catch players as they exit buildings or round blind corners and move into the open.
Most of the outside areas do have long sightlines in at least one direction, but because Crusher has a lot of connectivity between areas, you need teammates, equipment, or good instincts to guard your back. Don’t get so focused covering a lane that you forget to check for flanking threats.
