Chill Bill is a radio DJ by day, and crazy Troll who freezes people with his ice gun by night. Of course, he also does that last part in the daytime too.

Abilities

Press Attack 1 to fire a freeze beam. Enemies caught in beam are frozen in place.

UPGRADE: Beam does more damage and enemies are frozen longer.

Press Attack 2 to activate Chill Bill’s jetpack. Enemies caught in wash take damage.

UPGRADE: Flight time is longer. Enemies take more damage.
