Critical Hit  70

Growing up, High Five was one of the most skilled racers of all the dragonflies. But as the fifth son of the Royal High Flying Dragonflies, he was not allowed to enter any of the racing tournaments that took place each year because of his age. Instead he was forced to watch from the sidelines as his four older brothers competed for the coveted Trophy of Sparx, which legend has said holds magical properties. One year, during the biggest racing event of the season, High Five learned that the Troll Racing Team had stolen the valuable trophy and were going to use the race to cover their escape. He quickly took action, jumping into the race and using his amazing flying skills to weave and dodge his way to the front of the pack, where he caught up to the trolls and brought them down. For his actions, High Five was given the Trophy of Sparx. Even more importantly, he was made a Skylander, where he now helps protect Skylands from any evildoers!

Basic Attack Notes

Poison Pellets

Can be shot one at a time or in rapid fire, plus it can leave behind a poisonous cloud when upgraded.

Buzz Dash

A speedy dash attack darts past enemies spinning them around.

Fly Slam

A powerful slam attack that can be done in air and can be upgraded to a charge attack that does more damage for HP.

Upgrade Paths

Pollen Prince

Start out with Cloud Control to get five Poison Clouds at once that do more damage and move faster. Next, get extra damage with extra large clouds from Power Clouds. High Five’s quick shot speed can now pepper enemies from afar and fill an entire area with large damaging Poisonous Clouds. After filling the screen with purple clouds use the Buzz ‘Em Up Power to dash through the clouds to make them even more powerful and extend their life.

Speedy Slammer

Fly Slam receives two upgrades on this path. Spin Cycle makes the most of the damaging attack by sucking in enemies. Fly Slam can be charged to do massive damage and now this extends its use by sweeping foes into the damage radius. Slam Apples is a welcomed health boost to the draining Fly Slam attack and reduced the HP cost making it usable more often. Buzz Dash can be used continuously with Buzz Buzz Buzz. The speedy attack can be used to run into groups of enemies or simply to retreat to set up a charged Fly Slam attack.

Soul Gem Ability

Organic Slam Apples: 4000

Fly Slam Apples heal more HP. Prerequisite: Find High Five’s Soul Gem in CH 10: The Secret of Sewers of Supreme Stink

Fly Slam can be charged up to do massive damage but it costs HP. However, with this Soul Gem ability the apples that appear after the slam heal even more HP. The boost in HP makes the attack a great option as the apples can replenish nearly all HP that was lost.
