The Mane Event!

Character Stats

Maximum Health  270
Speed  85
Armor  18
Critical Hit  30
Elemental Power  25

Trail Blazer was always hot tempered, especially when he saw anything as being unfair. One day, he came across another unicorn that was trapped in a net. But it wasn’t just any unicorn. It was the mythical Unocorn—a magical creature with a Churro Horn that sprinkled enchanted cinnamon throughout Skylands. Trail Blazer freed it at once. Soon after, the Dark Wizards who had set the trap returned, and were very angry to find their dastardly deed had been thwarted. But Trail Blazer was much more fired up—for it turned out the spicy cinnamon from the Churro Horn had somehow rubbed off on him and mixed with his elemental fire. So he was literally set ablaze with fury! He then ran fiery circles around the wizards, forcing them to flee and never return. After realizing his newfound fury could be used to fight evil everywhere, Trail Blazer sought out the Skylanders, who immediately welcomed him as a member.

Basic Attack Notes

Fireball

A fireball attack that hits single foes but can be upgraded twice.

Roundhouse Kick

A backwards kick which shoots a fireball and upgrades to Bucking Bronco that adds multiple kicks and fireballs.

Stampede!

A charging attack that shoots fire while rushing into enemies.

Upgrade Paths

Equine Excellence

All three attacks get significant upgrades. The Stampede attack adds two flaming forms that greatly increase the area covered in the charge. Kick It Up a Notch is a straightforward boost to the power and duration of the both Roundhouse Kick and Bucking Bronco. These attacks are great up close but keep in mind Bucking Bronco can be difficult to control or aim. Triple Fireballs covers a huge area and is an excellent choice against groups of enemies. Note that the trio of fireballs spreads out fairly wide and covers a lot of ground but they are lobbed a short distance away.

Fireballer

Not His 1st Rodeo extends the time in Bucking Bronco Mode, but more importantly it adds extra flames that increase damage by covering a wider area. Kick It Up a Notch further extends the duration of Roadhouse Kick and Bucking Bronco plus the damage boost maxes out the attack. These two upgrades work together to increase the effectiveness of the kicking attacks at close and mid range. Bouncing Fireballs extend not only the range of the attack but the flaming shots damage several enemies in a straight line following the bouncing fireball.

Soul Gem Ability

Heat Wave: 4000

Hold Attack 1 to charge up the Fireball attack, then release for a wave of fire. Prerequisite: Find Trail Blazer’s Soul Gem in CH 13: The Future of Skylands

Unlike the Fireball attacks, the wave of fire built up from this ability travels through enemies. This move is best used as a mid-range weapon since the wave disappears after a while.
