Jet-Vac was the greatest, most daring flying ace in all of Windham. He was given his magical wings when he was young, as was the tradition for all Sky Barons. But when his homeland was raided, he chose to sacrifice his wings to a young mother so she could fly her children to safety. This act of nobility caught the attention of Master Eon, who sought out the young Sky Baron and presented him with a gift—a powerful vacuum device that would allow him to soar through the skies once again. Jet-Vac accepted the gift with gratitude, and now daringly fights evil alongside the other Skylanders.

Basic Attack Notes

Vac-Blaster

Rapid fire rate and good range. Available while jumping and when Jet-Vac Jet Pack is active.

Suction Gun

Use Suction Gun to pull in nearby treasure, food, and smaller enemies. Larger enemies take damage but are not pulled closer.

Jet-Vac Jet Pack

Limited duration flight time. Use Suction Gun to recharge the tank faster.

Upgrade Paths

Bird Blaster

The Bird Blaster Path boosts the strength of Vac-Blaster considerably. Piercing Winds and Vac Master-Blaster 20X increase the number of enemies hit and how much damage is dealt by each blast. The real gem in this path is Super Suction Air Blaster. Use Suction Gun to finish off enemies to charge a super shot. The Vac-Blaster can store up to eight super shots at a time. Take out smaller enemies with Suction Gun and use the super shots on more powerful foes.

Vac-Packeteer

The Vac-Packeteer Path gives Pet Vac more time in the air before a recharge is required. While Suction Gun doesn’t work in the air, the final upgrade of this path, Flying Corkscrew, adds a devastating new attack. Tap Attack 2 and a direction to carve a path through enemies. You can perform up to four Flying Corkscrews from one full tank.

Soul Gem Ability

Eagle-Air Battle Gear: 4000

Jet-Vac gets enhanced resistances and a pretty sweet visor.

Eagle-Air Battle Gear boosts Jet-Vac’s armor to 120. That’s a huge increase, so consider this a high-priority purchase.

Wow Pow!

Double Barrel: 5000

While flying, swap the Vac Blaster for two superpowered guns and hold Attack 1 to fire continuously until they overheat. Prerequisite: Jet-Vac Jet Pack

Hold Attack 1 (or tap it rapidly) to increase Vac Blaster’s firing rate, but don’t let the guns overheat. They don’t simply power down, they explode, knocking Jet-Vac backward and down to the ground where he’s stunned momentarily. A great ability for a brief burst of focused fire, so long as you remember to stop firing at the first sound of trouble.
