Taking Charge!

Character Stats

Maximum Health  340
Speed  60
Armor  48
Critical Hit  10
Elemental Power  25

Head Rush was raised in a small village that had fallen under the spell of a powerful Harvest Sphinx, who forced the frightened villagers to plow the vast fields of golden grass for his own benefit. Although there were many villagers, no individual was brave enough to confront the Sphinx and put an end to its rule. But Head Rush believed there was a chance to fight back if she could somehow inspire her people to stand together. Charging through her village, Head Rush shouted a mighty yodel that woke the villagers from their spell! With the village behind her, she then led the charge to drive the Sphinx from the island for good. For her leadership and bravery, she was made part of the Trap Team, where she uses her giant Traptanium horns to take charge of evil!

Basic Attack Notes

Traptanium Horns

Can be used to head bash enemies up close or to charge at foes. When upgraded she is able to turn while using the charge attack.

Stomp!

The stomp has a small area of effect and when upgraded it can be done three times in a combo or in the air.

Yodel

An echoing attack continues to damage enemies in earshot but Head Rush is unable to move.

Upgrade Paths

Lungs of Steel

High Note transforms the yodel from a single forward wave into a mid-range 360-degree attack. Modulate Yodel increase damage and allows fine tuning the attack by controlling the pitch. To further increase damage of Yodel purchase Forget Breaking Glass to add falling rocks and several spinning waves when she stops singing. The range of the Yodel is surprisingly far and can reach enemies at long-range. Although Head Rush cannot move while using Yodel, when it is fully powered up it is capable of stopping most enemies before they can close in. Be careful of remaining stationary against very tough enemies, charging foes, and long range projectile attacks.

Stomp Harder

Power Steering makes the charge attack more powerful, adding damage with each turn. Before running into enemies do a few quick turns to maximize its effect. This becomes one of her most effective abilities to deal with large groups of enemies and it also provides a great speed boost. Stomp! receives two damage increases on this path and it is the best choice to take out any foe foolish enough to get in too close. This attack can be performed three times to create a combo with a devastating final blow. Also, the attack hurts all enemies in a small radius and doesn’t need to directly hit one enemy.

Soul Gem Ability

Horns Aplenty!: 4000
