Bat Spin

Bat Spin

No Rest for the Wicked!

Character Stats

Maximum Health  240
Speed  85
Armor  12
Critical Hit  50
Elemental Power  46

Bat Spin hailed from the underworld, where as a child she was separated from her people. After spending months searching for them, she eventually was welcomed by a colony of magical bats that raised her as one of their own. After many peaceful years living with the bats, the colony was invaded by an army of undead trolls, who were set on stealing their magic to build an ultimate sonar weapon. Bat Spin quickly took action and used powerful abilities that she had learned growing up with the bats and essentially becoming one of them. She heroically defeated the trolls and saved the colony. This caught the attention of Master Eon, who saw at once she would make a worthy Skylander.

Basic Attack Notes

Bat Attack

Send out a bat minion that will continue to attack enemies for a short while.

Bat Swarm

A 360-degree ring of bats that damages any foes in the vicinity. It is not available in Bat Form.

Go Batty!

Turn into a Giant Bat to gain bite and screech attacks. Use Jump to return to normal.

Upgrade Paths

Pet Purveyor

All new bat buddies make up this path, and the first one to get is Mr. Bitey. This large bat is great for long-range attacks and does nearly three times the damage of his smaller cousins. Mr. Blocky and Mr. Dizzy stay close to Bat Spin and provide excellent defense by adding stun and deflective abilities. These three permanent bats work well with Bat Swarm, adding additional bats to the move. Note that these three special bats attack on their own and each of them can do significant damage.

Bat Betterment

Become a Giant Bat and use upgraded bat minions to deal with enemies. The first priority is Bat-tle Cry that boosts both the damage of the screech attack and the pet bats. Next, increase the amount of bats through Ultimate Bat Squad and Chiropteran Call. These combined upgrades work together to create lots of bats, but always use screech to power them up and do additional damage in melee range. Bat Spin can let the minions do a lot of the work on dangerous foes. However, its bite and screech can be used with the pets to overwhelm most foes up close.

Soul Gem Ability

Great Balls of Bats!: 4000

Hold Attack 1 to launch a giant ball of bats! Prerequisite: Find Bat Spin’s Soul Gem in CH 8: Telescope Towers

This giant ball of batty goodness will pass through enemies doing damage to all in its path. This is an excellent choice to use with long range bat attacks to knock out foes before they can get close in.

Basic Attacks

Bat Attack

Press Attack 1 to shoot bitey pet bats out at enemies.

Bat Swarm

Press Attack 2 to summon a maelstrom of bat damage.

Upgrades

Healing Bite: 500

Collect pet bats after they have bitten enemies to regain HP.

Brawny Bats: 700

Pet bats last longer, do more damage, and are more aggressive.

Go Batty!: 900

Press Attack 3 to transform into a Giant Bat! In Bat Form, press Attack 1 to bite and Attack 2 to screech.

A Colony of Bats: 1200

Increase the maximum number of pet bats.

Pet Purveyor

Improve abilities to summon bats.

Mr. Dizzy: 1700

A new pet bat, Mr. Dizzy, stuns and confuses enemies.

Mr. Blocky: 2200

A new pet bat, Mr. Blocky, protects you by deflecting projectiles.

Mr. Bitey: 3000

A new pet bat, Mr. Bitey, does extra biting damage.

Bat Betterment

Improve Bat Form abilities.

Bat-tle Cry: 1700

In Bat Form, the screech attack does extra damage and powers up pet bats.

Ultimate Bat Squad: 2200

More pet bats fly with you and have additional powers.

Chiropteran Call: 3000

In Bat Form, the bite attack shoots out three additional pet bats.
