Love of Money
Now that you’ve got the Giant Wallet, consider earning another Piece of Heart by filling your bank account with 5,000 Rupees. It’s still the First Day, so you’ve got lots of time to do this now—and the Giant Wallet makes the effort much easier than it would have been before.
The quickest way to fill your wallet involves slaying the dangerous item-stealing Takkuri bird near the entrance to Milk Road. The Takkuri sure is tough, but it drops a Huge Rupee (200 Rupees) each time you defeat it. Soar to Milk Road, enter Termina Field, and then 
-Target the circling Takkuri bird. Block its dive with 
, then quickly land a strike or two with Link’s blade. It takes nine hits with the Gilded Sword to defeat the Takkuri, but you can speed up the process by shooting it with arrows or Fire Arrows as it flees into the sky.
Enter and exit Milk Road to make the Takkuri reappear, and defeat it again for another Huge Rupee. Afterward, warp to Clock Town and deposit your 400 Rupees, then warp back to Milk Road and slay the Takkuri twice more. Keep it up until your bank account hits 5,000 Rupees, at which point the bank teller rewards your savings skills with a Piece of Heart. Now that’s what we call interest.

You got a Piece of Heart! Collect four Pieces of Heart to assemble a new Heart Container. Each new container you put together increases the amount of life energy you can have.
Mystery Solved
Time check! The next thing on your list must be done between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on the Second Day. If you have a little time before the clock strikes noon on the Second Day, hurry over to the Stock Pot Inn. If it’s past noon on the Second Day, save your game, and then use the Song of Time and the Song of Double Time to quickly set the time to 8 a.m. on the Second Day.
Enter the Stock Pot Inn when it opens at 8 a.m. on the Second Day, and go upstairs. Enter the door at the end of the hall to visit a room that’s occupied by the troupe leader, Gorman. Put on the Troupe Leader’s Mask and talk to Gorman, who’s lying in bed and feeling out of sorts. He asks for some special milk that only his bros know how to make. Could he mean the two other Gormans, the brothers who run the Gorman Track near Milk Road?
There’s only one way to find out. Soar to Milk Road, and save your game. Use the Song of Double Time to skip ahead to 12 p.m. on the Second Day, then take the southeast trail to reach the Gorman Track.
Between the hours of 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the Second Day, put on the Gorman Mask and speak to the Gorman Brothers at the Gorman Track. Link tells them about their sickly bro, and the two soon cook up some of their special milk for Link to carry back with him.
Mystery Milk
You received Mystery Milk! Naturally, what it contains is a mystery. Hurry and take it to the troupe leader.
After you receive the Mystery Milk, a timer appears. You must hurry, as you have just two minutes to bring the beverage back to Clock Town. Soaring isn’t allowed, so put on the Bunny Hood, and huff it back to Clock Town on foot. Head directly for the Stock Pot Inn, and give the Mystery Milk to the troupe leader between the hours of 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the Second Day. He’ll down the drink and perk right up, then give you the Empty Bottle to keep.

You got an Empty Bottle! Save items in it, and use them wheneveryou like.
All Night Long
This next part requires a bit of setup. Save your game, and then play the Song of Time to rewind to the Dawn of the First Day. Go to North Clock Town, and then play the Song of Double Time to advance to midnight on the First Day. Shortly after midnight, a thief steals a Bomb Bag from an old lady in North Clock Town. This is the same scene that played out when you obtained the Blast Mask. Strike the thief to make him drop the Bomb Bag before he flees through the north gate.
With the old lady’s belongings recovered, head to North Clock Town and withdraw 500 Rupees from your bank account. You should have 10 times this amount saved up by now. Fill your Giant Wallet with 500 Rupees, then play the Song of Double Time and advance to 10 p.m. on the Night of the Final Day.
When the clock strikes 10 p.m. on the Night of the Final Day, enter the Curiosity Shop in West Clock Town. Assuming you stopped the thief in North Clock Town during the Night of the First Day, the man at the Curiosity Shop will offer you a special item during the Night of the Final Day: the All-Night Mask. Pay the hefty 500 Rupee fee to purchase this funky mask.
All-Night Mask
You got the All-Night Mask! Apparently, this mask won’t let you drift off to sleep, even if you want to.
After purchasing the All-Night Mask, save your progress, and then play the Song of Time again to return to the Dawn of the First Day. Don’t slow down time afterward; instead, simply head to the Stock Pot Inn in East Clock Town, which opens at 8 a.m. Enter the first door you see on the inn’s first floor to visit a room that Anju’s somewhat disturbing grandmother occupies.
Put on the All-Night Mask, and speak to Anju’s grandmother. Ask her to tell you about the “Carnival of Time.” When her long-winded (but informative) tale concludes, she’ll ask you a question to see if you’ve paid attention. Answer “On the eve of the festival,” and she’ll reward your attentiveness with a Piece of Heart. Time is also advanced by two hours due to the time it took the nice old lady to finish her story.

You’re not done yet! Speak to Anju’s grandmother again while wearing the All-Night Mask, and ask her about the Four Giants. Time is advanced to the Dawn of the Second Day afterward, and once again, the old lady asks you a question to test your listening skills. Answer “I dunno” to receive another Piece of Heart.
