Milk Road Owl Statue
As you enter Milk Road, veer to the left and spot an owl statue standing near the wall. Strike it with Link’s sword to unlock another Song of Soaring warp point. Chop down the nearby tall grass afterward to release a Fairy that you can catch in an Empty Bottle.
Romani Ranch Map
After activating the owl statue, put on the Deku Mask and look up to spy Tingle floating overhead on his red balloon. Blast the balloon with a bubble to knock Tingle down, then purchase his Romani Ranch map for 20 Rupees. This also provides you with a map of Milk Road and the nearby Gorman Track.
Accessing Romani Ranch
During the First and Second Days, a giant boulder blocks the west road to Romani Ranch. It’s likely reached the Final Day by this point, so the boulder should be removed. If it’s still in your way, simply play the Song of Double Time to advance to the Dawn of the Final Day. At that point, the burly worker will have removed the boulder. Go west along Milk Road during the Final Day to visit Romani Ranch.
