Returning the Deku Princess
Don the Deku Mask to get past the Deku Palace guards as you’ve done before, then go straight into the royal chamber. Stand before the Deku King, and uncork your bottle to free the Deku Princess.
The Deku King is thrilled to have his daughter back, and the Deku Princess quickly fixes everything. The monkey is freed, and he bears the Dekus no ill will. Everyone is happy to hear that the temple has been cleansed and restored to its former glory.
The Dekus’ Gift
The Dekus wish to thank Link with a gift for all his help. Take your leave of the royal chamber and go past the entry guards, who no longer pop up to harass you. Once you’re past the guards, turn right, and swim around the palace’s west side, heading for the Deku Shrine.
