Rupees are the main form of currency in Termina. Link can find Rupees by opening chests, winning games, defeating monsters, and cutting tall grass. They come in six colors, and each color is worth a different value:
- Green Rupees are worth one Rupee.
- Blue Rupees are worth five Rupees.
- Red Rupees are worth 20 Rupees.
- Purple Rupees are worth 50 Rupees.
- Silver Rupees are worth 100 Rupees.
- Huge (yellow) Rupees are worth 200 Rupees.
Besides Rupees, Link can also find the following items by cutting tall grass, breaking jars, and so on:
Magic Jars: These green vials restore a good amount of Link’s magic power.
Bombs: Grab these to add some bombs to your Bomb Bag.
Arrows: You need these if you want to use the Hero’s Bow.
