“I always loved Nintendo’s ’80s and ’90s art on video game boxes and in their manuals. I wanted to make custom consoles based on the most popular games from various console generations, and Super Mario World is one of the games that was a must, as I played it a lot when I was a child. I had the design in my mind for years before I got the chance to finally paint it.”
