“I can’t remember a game where I spent more time on Super NES than Star Fox. My friends and I played a lot after school and we finished it several times trying to get better times and scores. I have very fond memories of playing in Venom or Space Armada with my brother, pitted against that terrifying Andross polygonal face. The OST is tied to my teen years, and the ending theme is maybe my favorite theme of any Super NES game. This piece was inspired by the original Star Fox artwork on the Super NES from the cover to the booklet and promotional art. I loved the puppets!”
