Follow and Assess Dede Macaba

Not far beyond the market is makeshift supply area where Macaba’s men are hoarding humanitarian aid. As promised, Macaba is on site overseeing the arrival of new supplies. Overlord advises following Macaba to his HQ. Chances are, he’ll lead you straight to the shipment of weapons. But you need to do this quietly. You can’t afford to scare him off. Shortly after the update from Overlord, Macaba wanders off on his own, heading back to his HQ. You need to keep up with him, but you’ll need to deal with a few of his men along the way. Start by sneaking up behind the lone rifleman patrolling near the tents and take him down with a stealth kill.

Next, toss a Sensor toward the supply area to identify three more of Macaba’s men. Mark the three, then search for a fourth rifleman standing on a rooftop in the distance—mark him, too. While your teammates target the nearby hostiles, take aim at the rifleman on the rooftop by peering through your scope. When you have the rooftop hostile in sight, squeeze the trigger to initiate the sync-shot.

Macaba is still on the move, so don’t fall too far behind. His position appears on the HUD as a moving waypoint marker. This allows you to keep tabs on him. But if he gets too far ahead, you’ll lose him and have to restart from the last save checkpoint. The next hostile has his back turned, making it easy to sneak up behind him and perform a stealth kill.

Just ahead, Macaba walks past two riflemen standing next to a white SUV. Do not kill these guys while Macaba is nearby. Instead, hold back and watch. After Macaba passes, one of the rifleman turns to the left, walking along the passenger side of the SUV. When he pauses to smoke, sneak up behind him and perform a stealth kill. Now locate the second rifleman. He walks alongside Macaba for a few paces, then turns right into a side alley. Creep up behind him and take him out, too. In this alley, you can stock up on ammo, Sensors, and grenades from an ammo crate.

Just ahead, two riflemen come walking toward Macaba. Take cover alongside one of the tents and watch the two patrolling riflemen as they move toward you—mark both of them, but don’t shoot until Macaba is out of the area. When Macaba turns down an alley to the right, give the shoot order. Depending on your teammates’ positions, you may need to shoot one of these riflemen before he gets close enough to spot you. The path to Macaba is now clear. Follow him to small warehouse where he conducts a call. It sounds like the weapons haven’t arrived yet. They’re scheduled to arrive by air at a nearby airstrip. Now that you know where the weapons are, Overlord gives permission to take out Macaba.

There are three riflemen within view of Macaba. You’ll need to set up a sync-shot if you want to take out Macaba without setting off a small war. Mark the two riflemen on the path near Macaba, then mark the rifleman on the rooftop in the distance. Finally, mark Macaba. Wait for your team to line up their shots while you take aim at the back of Macaba’s head. When everyone is in position, squeeze the trigger. Now it’s time to get out of the refugee camp and take possession of that incoming arms shipment at the airstrip.
