Following the ride on the lift, you find yourself in a narrow corridor. Activate your Optical Camo (by crouching) and creep forward. A few paces down the corridor, you spot a row of bars on the left side. Standing just beyond the bars is a rifleman. While you can easily sneak past this guy, he’s an easy target if you’re still pursuing the Up the Ante weapon challenge. Take aim at the rifleman with your suppressed SMG, and take him down with a headshot—his body won’t be discovered.

The corridor leads to a large storage room that is occupied by a few riflemen, including one patrolling a catwalk above the room. Take cover behind one of the pallets and deploy a Sensor to get a reading on all the enemies in this area. Don’t think about eliminating enemies here—there are too many. Instead, sneak toward the doorway on the opposite side of the room, utilizing cover and Optical Camo during the advance. But before moving, make sure the rifleman on the catwalk is looking away. Immediately after you pass through the doorway, turn to the left and perform a stealth kill on the soldier peering through the window—his body won’t be discovered.

The small office near the supply room is connect to a perimeter passage. But watch out for a rifleman patrolling this passage. Deploy another Sensor if necessary to spot the nearby patrols. If you’re not careful, this rifleman can sneak up behind you. So hold at the intersection in the passage and wait for him to pass by. At that point, you can take him down in the passage without anyone seeing. But the path ahead isn’t clear. Take cover behind one of the crates at the end of the passage and monitor the nearby riflemen. When you have an opening, proceed to the steps just ahead.

When you reach this next area at the top of the steps, you’re prompted to use the UAV, in Crawler mode, to inspect the nearby cells. But while controlling the Crawler, you run the risk of being spotted by one of the enemy riflemen patrolling nearby. So before deploying the Crawler, thin out the number of guards in this area. First, deploy at least a couple of Sensors here so you have a good reading on your surroundings before going on the attack. The enemy riflemen here are often isolated, making them easy to eliminate one at a time. This is a good opportunity to use your SMG to rack up some easy kills for the Up the Ante weapon challenge. Still, be mindful of where bodies fall. Try to eliminate enemies along the perimeter so that their bodies aren’t easy to spot. Six riflemen are patrolling or posted in this area—quietly stalk and kill them all before deploying the Crawler.

Each cell door has an open floor vent next to it, marked by an “Explore” waypoint. Once you’re certain all nearby enemies have been eliminated, deploy the UAV, and land it next to one of the open vents to initiate Crawler mode. While the first two cells contain captives, unfortunately neither of them is President Volodin.

Continue through the corridor and ignore the rifleman that is visible through a window as you make a left turn toward the final two cells. As long as you keep your Optical Camo active and keep your distance, the rifleman in the window won’t notice you. However, there are two more riflemen near the cells at the end of the corridor and you’ll want to eliminate them before freeing the president. One of the riflemen patrols the area in front of the cell doors. Wait for him to walk away from the cell doors, then sneak up behind him and perform a stealth kill. The second rifleman is in the boiler room, staring through a window, looking directly at President Volodin’s cell. Step inside the boiler room and fire a bullet through the side of his head using your suppressed SMG.

You can now deploy the Crawler to locate President Volodin in the final cell—he’s dangling from the ceiling by shackles attached to his wrists. Once you’ve found the president, emit the Crawler’s sonic pulse to disable the electronic lock on the cell door. Enter the cell and approach Volodin to free him from his shackles. Kozak tries to put Volodin at ease and hands him a Vector SMG. Unlike some VIPs, Volodin can handle himself. Plus, it will be good to have backup during the escape. Now it’s time to get out of here without drawing too much attention.
