Introduction

In the Inquisition, the war council is the governing body responsible for making the tough decisions necessary to restore order. The war council consists of Cassandra, Cullen, Leliana, Josephine, and you, the Inquisitor. Whether in Haven or Skyhold, the war council meets in a dedicated chamber, gathering around the war table. It is within this chamber that key decisions are made, operations are assigned, and Inquisition perks are allocated. However, the war council is not a democracy. As Inquisitor, it’s up to you to determine how the Inquisition utilizes its power and influence.
