Deep in the woods of the Frostback Basin, there is an Avvar woman named Sigrid; speak to her and the augur back at Stone-Bear Hold to find out why she is there. You can convince Sigrid to join the Inquisition, giving you access to a new perk. This reduces the time it takes Josephine to complete operations by 5 percent.
Storvacker

Inquisition Perk: Storvacker
Storvacker was once the hold-beast of Stone-Bear Hold. She was captured by the Jaws of Hakkon, and by being captured instead of killed she broke her oath as kin to the hold—Avvars do not surrender as prisoners but die as warriors. Now, by the will of the Inquisitor, Storvacker is an agent of the Inquisition. With the strength and skills she learned in the wild, she provides aid to Cullen, reducing the time it takes him to complete operations.
