Inquisition Perk: Sky Watcher (Connections)
In a strange twist, you encounter the Avvar named Sky Watcher, staring at a partially closed Fade rift in the Fallow Mire. He is not openly hostile to you, and is in fact uninterested in the challenge the Avvar chieftain’s son has issued to you. Opening the Fade rift, killing the demons it spawns, and then properly sealing it with your mark will convince Sky Watcher that there is something to the Herald of Andraste. If you’ve done this, after you rescue the Inquisition soldiers Sky Watcher will appear at the entrance to Hargrave Keep. Talk to him to recruit him. Be warned that once you exit the area, he’ll leave for good.
