Operations completed on the war table bring the Inquisition resources and rewards. Operations can only be conducted by the Inquisition’s advisors, Josephine (Connections), Cullen (Forces), or Leliana (Secrets). Leliana is a spy master and utilizes her network of agents to collect information. Cullen, a former templar, leads the Inquisition’s army and relies on displays of force.
