Upon your return to Skyhold, head for the war room. Little by little, Skyhold is undergoing repairs, evident by scaffolding and noticeable improvements. Each time you return, more progress will be made. At the war table, update assignments for your advisors—there should be plenty of missions to keep them busy. Next, choose the Investigate the Western Approach operation in western Orlais, costing eight power. Once the operation is complete, Inquisition scouts confirm that a large force of Grey Wardens has arrived in the Western Approach—it appears Stroud’s information was correct. It’s time to meet up with Stroud in the Western Approach and see what the Wardens are up to. Select your party members and move out.
Inquisitor Trainers
When selecting missions on the war table, don’t overlook the Specializations for the Inquisitor mission located in northern Ferelden. This particular mission costs no power and takes no time to complete, so there’s no reason to skip it. Upon the operation’s completion, three trainers enter Skyhold, each with a specialization quest. Study the requirements for each quest and choose the specialization that best fits your character and style of play. While you can gather components for all three quests, you can only complete one, unlocking only one of the specialization trees. So make your decision carefully.
