Introduction

As you travel through Thedas, you will find many materials that you can use for crafting. Divided across five categories, crafting materials are used for three major aspects of your survival: weapons, armor, and potions. Using recipes and schematics found in shops, learned from glyphs illuminated by veilfire, or on scrolls found in treasure caches, you can create powerful and necessary upgrades for your party. With the right materials, you can make weapons and armor that eclipse even some of the rare pieces of gear you discover in the field!
