Hardpoint Domination

Tactics

  • Hardpoint B is located in the center of the Tank Bay. This Hardpoint generally determines the winner of the game. If your team controls Hardpoint B, this center area is a perfect choke point to stop the opponents from flanking and to eventually gain control of one of the other Hardpoints. This also allows your team to apply pressure to the opponent by fighting enemies around the opponent’s objective.
  • Holding the IMC Locker Room building will effectively let you defend Hardpoints B and C with good cover and views over both points.
  • Use the trenches to sneak up to Hardpoint A without having the enemy tower turret spot you.
  • Take notice if you see your turret randomly shoot off to the side or behind itself, it is most likely shooting at an enemy Pilot.
  • Don’t waste too much time on the side of the map away from the Hardpoints. Even if you have a Sniper rifle, it is very difficult to get an open shot on the enemy unless you are on the roof. You’ll want to stay near the Hardpoints to be in the action.
  • When the opponent is converting Hardpoint B, lob grenades in the center of the crates for an easy kill.
  • When defending Hardpoint B, stay hidden within the Tank Bay. Watch the side entrances for flanks, and once you see Hardpoint B being converted on your HUD then turn your attention to the center of the Tank Bay.
  • Even though you are able to capture Hardpoint B with a Titan, you are extremely vulnerable to Arc Grenades and getting picked apart by Anti-Titan weapons. Keep moving and never stay stationary in this area.
  • Take notice if you see your turret randomly shoot off to the side or behind itself. It is most likely shooting at an enemy Pilot.
